How do I use an electronic toll lane?
Your Passango toll card enables you to “Stop & Go” at the toll booth.
Be careful: toll operators may be circulating around the toll booth area!
Slow down as you approach a road toll.
Move forward slowly in the electronic toll booth lane, leaving at least a 4-metre gap between you and the vehicle in front.
Stop in front of the barrier.
Once your Passango is detected, it will beep, the light will change to green and the barrier will go up.
Caution: the barrier will stay down if you approach too quickly, or if your Passango is wrongly positioned or damaged.
Your Passango must be placed in its holder and must not be touched as you pass through the electronic toll booth. To avoid being billed several times for the same journey, make sure you only have one electronic toll device in your vehicle.
What should I do if my Passango doesn’t work?
Entrance: take a ticket. To pay on exit, use a lane marked with a green arrow (lane with toll operator). Exit: call for help using the “help” button located on each machine. For safety reasons, never leave your vehicle. It is prohibited to walk around the toll booth area.
