You are already a AS24 customer:

To sign up for Passango, it’s easy, just fill out the Passango sign-up form. You can get it from your AS24 sales representative, or download it here.

Note: Please make sure to:

• Fill out the sign-up form,
• Fill out a transponder request for each vehicle,
• Choose the Special Commercial Conditions (they can be the same for all your vehicles or different for each vehicle),
• Include a photocopy of the registration card of each vehicle.
  

Return the completed package to your AS24 sales representative. You will receive your Passango transponders 1 week after all required items are received.

Your Passango transponders are immediately operational!

Cancelling your CAPLIS card

To cancel your CAPLIS card(s), it’s easy:

• Either you can cancel all your cards with your current motorway supplier. It takes 1 month for the cancellation to be processed. (Note: If you use ASF and/or ESCOTA motorways, send them a copy of your cancellation letter to get the rebate for terminating your CAPLIS contract.)
• Or you can sign up for Passango but keep your CAPLIS cards.

 Either way, you have to fill out the sign-up form and choose which Special Commercial Conditions you want.

  As soon as your sign-up request is processed, you will receive your Passango transponders and you can start using them immediately.
